Rationale: Clarifying who has the benefits of membership

Rationale: Clarifying who determines the cost of the annual local membership dues.

ARTICLE IX—BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Section 1. The affairs of the Ohio PTA shall be managed by the Board of Directors. This Board shall be comprised of officers, Directors, Region Advisors and up to two youth members. The immediate past president shall be an ex-officio member of this Board during the term of his successor and shall not be eligible to be elected to a position on this Board during that period.

Rationale: Directors and Region Advisors are not defined until Article XII therefore referencing it here in Article IX allows for the reader to be able to know who they are.

Rationale: This would more align with the goals and work of the committee and Ohio PTA.
